Food Bank – Jan 10, March, 13 & April, 10, 2024

We volunteer at the Redwood Empire Food Bank on the 2nd Wednesday of every month.  It is a lot of fun. It is especially exiting at the end, when then tell us how much food we packed and how many people we helped feed.

It is always a fun surprise, we never know what we will be packing in advance.

In January we packed pears. (count not available)
In March we packed potatoes. We packed 5566 lbs (2.8 Tons), for approximately 4638 meals.
In April we packed oatmeal.  Although we packed over 44 boxes of oatmeal, it was only 660 lbs, but a LOT of oatmeal.
